To star in a blockbuster movie as a world popular comic book superhero like the biggest chance for a rising star could always be a dream in many ways, at least if you will ask the average movie-goer. On the other hand, with the current developments on Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and its star Ben Affleck of Jersey Girl and Argo, the speculations of any casting of the superhero movie emerged.

At the same time, Batman and Batman Returns star Michael Keaton currently said that he is still happy of his version of the comic book superhero film, both Batman Forever, Val Kilmer and Batman & Robin, George Clooney would rather the fans forget their time under the suit. But it is understandable, Keaton doesn't seem too concern about the new Batman ruining his previous work.

During an interview with ShortList, Keaton explains that he is proud to e the first and original Batman in 1989 and its sequel, giving more honor to Tim Burton as the director, whom he says that it is not true that the director only works on dark superheroes films. On the other hand, Keaton recognizes that the superhero films reality has transformed since the advantage had pay off handsomely.

Keaton explained:

"Tim changed, or started, everything. And I'm proud of the choice I made, in terms of how to play Batman. It's probably easier now because Tim paved the way, and if I did anything to pave the way, I'm proud of that, too.

You can step into it more easily now, is my guess. Technically, [superhero movies] do everything for you. They create a world where all you've basically got to do is show up, not f*ck it up too much and you'll come off OK. "

Keaton stopped and stared into nothing for an hour and a half, when asked if he shared the same sentiments with Christian Bale's envy upon hearing about Affleck as the new Batman in the Dawn of Justice, his answer is very straightforward,

"No. Do you know why? Because I'm Batman. I'm very secure in that."
