"What do you do when you're a full-grown man in a boyband?"

The 2-minute trailer for the Backstreet Boys documentary video asks - and attempts to answer - just that.

The boys, now matured men with their own families, are determined to show the world that they still got the talent that made them famous all those years ago.

Brian Littrell, Nick Carter, A.J. McLean, Howie Dorough, and Kevin Richardson ruled the pop music scene in the late 90s to the early 2000s, creating a frenzy in the entire world way before One Direction, The Wanted, and all the new boy bands did so.

"Show 'Em What You're Made Of" promises to give fans a glimpse into their music-production process, jam sessions, drama and heart-warming moments as a group.

The trailer not only showed how their most recent album was created, it also showcased some flashbacks of the guys in their heyday and how they enjoyed the happiest days of their careers.

They also talked about the darker side of the industry, including the time they spent with Lou Pearlman and when they eventually discovered his $300 million dollar Ponzi scheme.

The trailer didn't shy away from the real interactions amongst the five members as well, including fights and the bromance that accompanied their decade-long friendship.

As an attempt to answer Littrell's earlier question, the five men travelled to London, leaving behind their wives, kids, and girlfriends to get "back to their roots." They created new songs using a honky-tonk piano, tambourines, and other instruments.

Gawker thinks the Backstreet Boys documentary "actually looks worth watching," while E! News says "it looks pretty interesting."

The Backstreet Boys documentary, "Show 'Em What You're Made Of," will be released in theatres, Video On Demand, and iTunes on January 30 in the US and on February 26 internationally.
