The Nokia Lumia 830 measures 139.4 x 70.7 x 8.5 mm, weighs 150 gram and also has Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
For the hardware, the Motorola Moto X 2014 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 and the Krait 400, which is a dual core device clocked at 2.5 GHz. The Adreno 330 comes with excellent graphic processing. The 2 GB of RAM are complemented by the 16 or 32 GB of internal storage, which cannot be boosted since there is no microSD card support. The Nokia Lumia 830 has 128 GB through a microSD card, but users could always stick to the 16 GB of storage included, and there is also 1 GB of RAM.
For the battery and camera specs, the Moto X 2014 has a 2300 mAh battery, whiley the Nokia Lumia 830 has a 2200 mAh battery capacity that last 13 hours of talk time on 2G and 14 hours and 48 minutes. Nokia device has a 3520 x 2640 resolution and 10 MP and a front facing camera has a 0.9 MP capacity.
The Motorola Moto X 2014 cost $500 from Amazon.com, while the Nokia Lumia 830 is at $380.
