Both the smartphones run on similar and the most recent Android based operating systems. The Sony device offers the stock Android operating system, due to its limited optimization, while the HTC handset also offers restricted customization, but with Sense 6.0 UI. The HTC One M8 smartphone has more features than its rival as both these handsets incorporate a powerful processing unit, aiming to cater the user with enhanced performance levels.
