Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are now proud parents to a lovely baby girl!
Page Six reported that the "Gossip Girl" star gave birth earlier than expected, but both mom and baby are doing very well. "Multiple sources say the 27-year-old actress gave birth just before the new year. According to one source, Lively's parents, Ernie and Elaine Lively, are currently with the couple and their new baby at home in Bedford, NY. Lively and Reynolds, 37, married in 2012."
The stunning couple announced that they're expecting baby number one earlier this year. Friends, family and fans are extremely delighted to hear the good news.
Blake herself have suggested in a few interviews that she wants a large family with Ryan. Despite having that dream, the actress doesn't see the need to quit Hollywood anytime soon. But, with the looks of it, Blake is definitely the type to put family first before her career. And although both Blake and Ryan live a very high profile life because of their careers, they both want normal childhoods for their future kids.
As a source said, "They both have talked a lot about raising the baby out of LA and giving their kids a normal childhood."
"Playing outside, having a puppy, catching lightning bugs ... they want their kids to experience all of that."
When it comes to the dirty work, Daddy Ryan is all for it. In an interview published on Hello Magazine, he said: "I don't have a weak stomach. I'm good with diapers and all that kind of stuff because I have lots of nieces and nephews, so I've done it all before."
"I'm just excited about having a buddy," he said.
And it sure looks like Ryan is quite a dad and husband! An insider told UsWeekly, "Ryan is being such a sweet hubby, he's giving her foot and back rubs constantly! He jokes that she doesn't even have to ask anymore, he just automatically does it."
And Blake totally agreed! "He's always good to me. That's like a jerky thing to say because you want to be able to complain about your husband and be that person, but he takes pretty good care of me," she said.
It sure looks like Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively will have a blast with parenting!
