Weapons
Brass knuckles: You mush finish the game on the Nightmare mode to gain the brass knuckles.
Burst handgun: You must finish the game on the Nightmare mode to gain the burst handgun.
Automatic handgun: You must finish the game with a full archive to gain the automatic handgun.
Machine gun: You must finish the game to gain the machine gun.
High-powered sniper rifle: You collect all map fragments to unlock the high-powered sniper rifle.
Rocket launcher: You must the game to unlock the rocket launcher.
New Game Modes
New Game+ mode: You must finish the game on any difficulty setting to unlock New Game+ mode, as you will retain your previously weapons, items, and upgrades, and the enemies will have increased stats.
Akuma mode: You must finish the game to unlock the AKUMA difficulty. In this mode Sebastian can die in just one hit.
Others
Model Viewer Option: Beat the game in any difficulty level to unlock the Model Viewer option.
50,000 Green Gel: Beat the game in any difficulty level to gain 50,000 Green Gel.
All 46 locker key locations
There 46 locker keys in the game, and 44 of these are scattered within the game. Most of these are found in white Madonna statues, while others are found in small boxes in the game. Each of these lockers contain items, weapons, and Gels for upgrades, as unlocking them will gain you the "Master Of Unlocking" trophy. For more info on the locations see the video below.
