Lindsay Lohan news reveal that her ex-boyfriend, British-American actor Calum Best, has joined "Celebrity Big Brother". According to a recap of the show reported by Mirror UK, the former fashion model has opened up about his failed relationship with the former "Mean Girls" star.
The report recalled how the former wild couple dated for a few months back in 2007. While their relationship was short-lived, Calum Best and Lindsay Lohan were always in the news and were constantly followed by paparazzi during dates and parties.
"All the attention from the media supposedly played a part in their split. (It) didn't help," the 33-year-old hunk said about how the press hounded him and Lindsay Lohan.
Another "Celebrity Big Brother" contestant, blogger Perez Hilton, asked Calum Best if he and the redheaded movie star still communicate.
"No, we don't talk," he answered.
"I'd like to think we're cool. I don't have a bad word to say about anything."
"I was pretty screwed up at the time to be fair," Calum Best admitted.
Aside from Lindsay Lohan, a report from Daily Mail listed Calum Best's other high-profile girlfriends, such as Kimberley Stewart, Elizabeth Jagger and Rachel Hunter.
Lindsay Lohan and ex-boyfriend Calum Best met in 2006 when the former child star went to London to host the World Music Awards.
Coincidentally, Lindsay Lohan is currently based in London after starring in her first West End project, entitled "Speed The Plow".
Lindsay Lohan news from The Guardian revealed how the actress claims that she matured after relocating. "I needed to grow up, and London is a better place for me to do that than anywhere else," she said.
"I can go for a run here on my own. I do every morning, early, and I think how my friends in New York would still be up partying at that time."
Calum Best was upfront when asked by Daily Mail if there is a possibility that he and Lindsay Lohan can still date while she is in London.
"No, we will definitely not be rekindling what we once had," Lindsay Lohan's ex-boyfriend replied.
