Carrie Underwood news reported how the pregnant "Something In The Water" singer recently shared details about growing up in the country.
Parts of her interview for Nashville Lifestyles magazine were reported by Country Music Television. In the feature, the country star revealed that she and her husband, professional hockey player Mike Fisher, plan to eventually go back to living in a farm.
"We're both farm people," Carrie Underwood told the news publication.
"We both like a lot of space, and my husband's very at home on a tractor."
The former "American Idol" winner was dubbed as the "Far Away Farm Girl" when she joined the hit reality singing competition ten years ago.
"Life on the farm's pretty simple," Carrie Underwood said.
"Whenever my dad needs help in the morning, I'll get up real early and help him go feed the cows."
"I have the ability to cluck like a chicken," she jokingly added.
The pregnant Grammy winner opened up to Nashville Lifestyles about the possibility of raising her child in the country. Both first time parents, Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher share a property in Williamson Country, south of Nashville, said the report.
"I cannot wait to be out there and have lots of animals and our own little farm," Carrie Underwood gushed to the news outfit.
Going back to simple farm life could be good for Carrie Underwood while pregnant, especially after recent news revealed that she has been having emotional bouts caused by her pregnancy.
An earlier report from Cambio narrated how most of the singer's mood swings occur while she is with her husband.
The country hitmaker admitted that she is still trying to come to terms with her emotional meltdowns.
"I haven't gotten rid of it yet, we're still trying to figure out what to do with it," Carrie Underwood said.
