In the last episode of "Pinocchio," Actor Kim Young Kwang showed solid acting skills as the "empty headed heir" as he rid himself of the stereotypes of being a model.
On the last episode of "Pinocchio" (script Park Hye Ryun, director Jo Soo Won, production IHQ) broadcast on January 15th, Kim Young Kwang made sure that Rosa Park (played by Kim Hae Sook) would pay the price for her crimes through his false confessions. In addition, he apologized sincerely to Ki Ha Myung (played by Lee Jong Suk).
On this episode, he went back to the broadcasting company as a new reporter. He showed that he would choose a life not as an 'heir' but as a 'reporter' who was independent. This side of him showed that he was maturing as a person.
In addition, at time, Kim Young Kwang was very naïve and silly but at times, showed a far more serious side. These different sides of him appealed to the viewers, as he's been getting great reviews.
In the early episodes of "Pinocchio", Kim Young Kwang really did not stand out. Nonetheless, after it was revealed that he was a second generation heir, the plot changed which showed a different charisma for his character.
