Rumors are starting to circulate that Apple is gearing up for two big events this year- the iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 release.
But new reports are suggesting that the tech giant has only one smartphone to launch, and a fall 2015 release date is said to be in place. As The Fuse Jopelin noted, "There are many rumors saying that Apple is going to release an iPhone 6S and after that the iPhone 7. Others are saying that iPhone 6S will not even exist and we will most likely see an iPhone 7 by the fall of 2015."
"It is good to know that Apple has surprised us in the last two years, by releasing the iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S in 2013 and an iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in 2014. It is not yet known if Apple is going to ditch the "S" and release a newly iPhone 7, but we'll about to know in the upcoming months."
While there have been little to no mention of an exact release date as of writing, several iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 specs claims have started to spread online.
As an iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 release date rumor from China Topix reported, "Based on Apple's past release dates, the iPhone 7 with an A9 application processor could be in store shelves early September 2015."
The new iPhone will reportedly sport a very ambitious feature. "The all-screen iPhone 7 will eliminate bezels and provide a larger display while maintaining a small device footprint at a maximum of 5 inches. The render applies to the current iPhone screen that stretches diagonally to 4.7 inches," the site added.
Apple's new smartphone will also have major upgrades on its camera too. As Christian Today reported, the tech giant has tapped the services of Sony to create a camera that has DSLR quality.
Gadget expert John Gruber dished on the move, "The specific thing I heard is that next year's camera might be the biggest camera jump ever. I don't even know what sense this makes, but I've heard that it's some kind of weird two-lens system where the back camera uses two lenses and it somehow takes it up into DSLR quality imagery."
No official confirmation has been made about the said partnership.
