Jennifer Morrison, who plays Emma Swan in the ABC hit "Once Upon a Time," opted for a more natural look as she was snapped stepping out of the Madeo restaurant in West Hollywood.

The 35-year-old actress appeared to have no make-up on as she looked chik in an all-black ensemble which she paired with black stiletto heels. She was also gracious enough to smile before the cameras per photos published on Daily Mail.

"Once Upon a Time" cast Jennifer Morrison appeared to be alone during the night out. She split with co-star Sebastian Stan whom she dated in the summber of 2012 after they developed feelings for each other while on the set.

They were together for about a year.

The "Once Upon a Time" is going on four seasons now and is confirmed to be renewed for season 5.

For the fifth season, showrunner Edward Kitsis said that Emma Swan will finally fly the coop.

"We wanted her to have her own place, but the cost and the budget was prohibitive, so it's looking like season 5 now," he said per Inside TV. "We wanted her to have her own place from mini-camp of this year, and every time we try to do it, we just can't afford it. So we don't want to do it until we can do it well. But rest assured, Emma does need her own space."

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actress explained what makes the show tick with viewers.

"The underlying message of the show is that you have to fight for the people that you love, because those are the people that are going to stand by you in those battles," she said. "That's part of the appeal of the show. It is worth it every day to fight through those hard things, just like it's worth it to fight through the curse or whatever in Storybrooke."

"Once Upon a Time" cast Jennifer Morrison added, "Whether it's a good battle or a bad battle, you're going to fight together, and that's what we all have to hang onto. That's the only way I can see it. Otherwise, if you take it too literally, you're like, 'Well, this is kind of crazy.'"
