"Fashion Police" news reveal that former host George Kotsiopoulos has finally spoken about being no longer part of the hit E! series' new season after he was replaced by Brad Goreski when the show returned following Joan Rivers' death.
George Kotsiopoulos was part of the brutally frank fashion-critique show for four years alongside the late comedienne, whose vacated spot was filled in by her protégé Kathy Griffin. Other co-hosts Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic, are still part of the show.
When cornered at the pre-Golden Globes bash at the Chateau Marmont about not being part of "Fashion Police's" new season, the renowned stylist opted to keep his answer short.
"Look, I had four incredible years with Joan Rivers," George Kotsiopoulos said.
"(Those four years) changed my life," he added.
"Fashion Police" returned last Jan. 12 after a four-month hiatus, and kicked off the returning series with a Golden Globes 2015 red carpet review.
Hollywood Life said the program began with Kathy Griffin remembering Joan Rivers, who died last Sept. 4 after a botched throat procedure at a New York Upper East Side clinic named Yorkville Endoscopy.
"Before I start making more enemies and burning more bridges, I just want to thank my good friend whom we all miss, Joan Rivers," said the late comedienne's protégé.
"Of course, Joan, I know you're watching from heaven but don't get it twisted. I will not be afraid to bring the hammer down on anyone and everyone, (because) I learned from the best," Kathy Griffin added.
Kathy Griffin previously told People that she is aware of how Joan Rivers practically shaped the hit E! TV show, so she will definitely not hold back.
"Joan took Fashion Police and morphed it into a show that was able to take the piss out of all aspects of celebrity. I think that is something I'm gonna have fun with, too," the 54-year-old comedienne said.
