Spoiler Alert fans! It looks like the plot details for the DC supervillain film, Suicide Squad the movie have been revealed.
An inside source from the Latino-Review website, were the first to unravel the possible/potential plot details on Davide Ayer's Suicide Squad movie, and some critics believed that the whole story in the movie is loosely based on DC's animated movie the Batman: Assault on Arkham.
According to the Latino-Review, the plot of the movie starts with Deadshot assassinating a prisoner being transferred to Arkham Asyslum. Then all of sudden, Harley Quinn shows up disrupting Deadshot's hit to break the Joker out of the transport, but failed to do so. Both villains are captured, and they end up in Belle Reeve prison.
This is where Amanda Waller show's up, and recruits both villains in her Task Force X a.k.a the Suicide Squad, and has the Joker transferred to Belle Reeve as a means to keep Harley in check. The website claim that Joker will spend most in the film in prison.
Joining them both is Captain Boomerang, who in the film has a rivalry with Deadshot, and a grudge for killing his father. Their mission is to attack a heavily armed convoy that is transferring a bio weapon to be sold to Superman villain, Lex Luthor. They soon discover that the weapon is actually a person, the Enchantress, and Luthor wants her as a weapon against Superman. The team took her back to prison, and placed her in an underground cell with other super powered humans, which include King Shark, and they are soon met by Rick Flagg.
The website hinted that Rick Flagg will betray Waller making him the villain in the movie, and along the script a riot will break down causing all the prisoners, including the Joker to go on a killing spree.
Latino-Review also revealed a second draft on the script, and it was the same only this time it explains that Waller wants to capture every super powered villain and hero she could get her hands on, and she is after Batman for some reason. (Note Batman is only mentioned in the movie)
So how does Batman fitted to all of this?
According to reports from Forbes, the Suicide Movie might potentially build up the sequence of events for the new Batman movie in the DC Cinematic Universe. Seeing as Joker got out Belle Reeve, perhaps he will be the antagonist in the new Batman film.
Screenrant mentioned before that Vixen, Blockbuster, and Multiplex are being considered to join the movie, since the whole underground superhuman facility plot in the movie has already been mentioned. They could be a possible opposition to Deadshot, and the rest of the team.
