The newest "Scandal" season 4 sneak peek shows that the danger is all too real for Ms. Pope!

When the hit TV shows return from its mid-season break, it will not waste time in indulging fans with what happened the night Olivia was kidnapped.

Episode 10 entitled "Run" will shed light on Ms. Pope's disappearance, and will reveal who's behind the crime. "The winter premiere picks up right where the finale left off, this time from Olivia's point of view. Exactly what happened when Jake went to the bedroom? Who took Olivia and where did she go? The fight of Olivia's life will begin on the January return of 'Scandal,'" the official synopsis released on SpoilerTV.com read.

Here is the exclusive "Scandal" season 4 episode 10 sneak peek.

"Although we'd like to think that Olivia was being held captive somewhere not too dangerous what happens later in the clip only makes us think her life is more at stake than we thought as she seen running for her life down a dark, dank hallway," Fashion N Style noted.

But "Scandal" season 4 episode 10 will just barely scratch the surface. In an interview with TV Line, Darby Stanchfield and Katie Lowes, who plays Abby Whelan and Quinn Perkins respectively, dished on the potentially explosive and surprising episodes.

"There is the most freakin' hugest surprise that happens in the next four episodes that the original Gladiators are going to freak out over. The only clue I can give you is that the fans of the first season are going to lose their minds," Whelan said.

On the other hand, Lowes added that twist will bring back the same jaw dropping reactions when fans learned that Rowan is Olivia's father in season 2. "That's how big of a shocker you guys have coming," she said.

"It's a real surprise for the original Gladiators, the people who have been here since the beginning. It's a real OG situation."
