The fashion style of "The Good Wife" star Juliana Margulies was noticed from the highest echelons of political power, as the actress is flattered by Michelle Obama wearing one of her suits in the show.

According to Inquistr, the First Lady wore a similar outfit that Juliana Margulies' character, Alicia Florrik, had in one of the episodes of "The Good Wife."

"Julianna Margulies was a presence of her own on the SAG red carpet, wearing a classic blue gown. She was alongside her husband, Keith Leiberthal," the site said.

The actress revealed that she received "89 emails" that informed her of Michelle Obama's outfit. During the red carpet event on Sunday for the Screen Actors Guild awards, she said:

"My first thought was, 'how on earth did anyone remember?'" she said, adding that the outfit has a deeper meaning because it says, "I'm powerful, I'm elegant, I'm feminine - but don't mess with me."

The Daily Mail noted that the jacket can still be purchased at Neiman Marcus for $797 from the original price of $1,595. The skirt, meanwhile, is no longer available.

In a related "The Good Wife" news, Archie Panjabi said earlier announced that she will be leaving the show right after kissing Gillian Anderson.

" I didn't think that I was very forward in [the scene], but obviously after a while a character starts to affect you," she said. "I thought, 'OK, I think it's time to go now.'"

Perhaps Michelle Obama can find more inspiration in Juliana Margulies fashion style as "The Good Wife" is set to return to CBS on March 1, said Cartermatt. There are no teasers yet of what fans can expect in the show when it returns.

According to the website, it won't be until the middle of February when some details will surface as to what might happen to Juliana Margulies character in "The Good Wife."
