Azealia Banks has been making headlines for her ongoing feud with nemesis Iggy Azalea.
However, this time, the “212” rapper has made herself the center of attention, possibly unintentionally giving Iggy Azalea the upper hand in their never-ending feud.
Azealia Banks reportedly posted a picture of herself on Instagram with white face makeup and captioned it, “#whiteface,” bringing on comments that her actions may have been racist.
“She’s so desperate to be relevant that she’s doing the most ignorant sh*t & making herself look stupid,” wrote Instagram user mellomarss, according to the Latino Post.

Another user @alexmitris added, “it is indeed racism & she’s an ignorant bag of sh*t.” Azealia Banks was actually not doing whiteface, but transforming into an ice princess for her upcoming music video, according to E! News. Regardless of the uproar she caused amongst her fans and non-fans, Banks went about her life after telling people to calm down via Twitter.

Banks’ recent post has caused even further anger because the “Broke With Expensive Taste” hitmaker had reportedly accused Iggy Azalea of appropriating black culture during a recent interview.
“OK, so here's the thing with Iggy Azalea. I feel like, in this country, whenever it comes to our things like black issues or black politics or black music or whatever, there's always this like undercurrent of like 'f--k you' ... and that Iggy Azalea s--t is not better than any f-ckin' black girl that's rapping today. ... Iggy Azalea is not excellent," Banks stated.
