Bruce Jenner could face prison time after the car crash on the PCH in Malibu that killed a senior citizen earlier this month.
The TMZ reported that a new video of the car crash suggested that "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Bruce Jenner allegedly was responsible for the car crash.
The video apparently came from an MTA bus, which caught the whole thing. The bus reportedly had cameras mounted on the front and sides, showing several angles of the incident.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they are in possession of the video. Sources familiar with the bus in question -- which was directly behind the Hummer -- tell TMZ there are cameras mounted on the front, back and sides, and the videos show the entire accident.
Law enforcers reportedly obtained a copy of the video, which showed what really happened that tragic day.
"Sources familiar with the video in question tell us it's clear the Lexus never made contact with the Prius," it said. "Bruce hit the Lexus, which propelled it into oncoming traffic and then struck the Hummer. Bruce then continued on and hit the Prius."
The initial account of the road incident revealed that Bruce Jenner's Cadillac Escalade rear-ended Kim Howe's Lexus which in turn slammed into a Prius that stopped on the PCH in Malibu. Based on the tire marks, the former Olympian tried to brake prior to the car crash.
Kim Howe, 67, was driving without license.
Bruce Jenner then released a statement following the car crash. The statement, published by E! News, read:
"My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible."
