"Bluebird House" started airing as it drew the stories of the youth of this generation in a way that people could empathize with.
The first episode of KBS2 weekend drama "Bluebird House" (script Choi Hyun Kyung, director Ji Byung Hyun, production Hidden Pictures Media ) broadcast on Feb. 21st, the main characters were the youth that we could see easily around us. What were depicted were the dreams that people had to give up in the tough reality of employment and marriage. With stories that would draw great empathy, this foreshadowed great results for the future.
Kim Ji Wan (played by Lee Joon Hyuk) had graduated from college a year ago but he had failed job interviews over and over again. In particular, on the 22nd interview, he failed the interview because of his friend Jang Hyun Do (played by Lee Sang Yeop) and his lies. Ji Wan heard Hyun Do mock him but he told Hyun Do, "You only need money and not skills. You and I live in a different world. You live under your parents' fame but I..." and he made his point.
As this drama reflects the harsh reality of youth in Korea, it shows how much people have given up after facing reality and the constraints of society.
