The FLOTUS has descended upon London.
"House of Cards" season 3 cast Robin Wright looked every inch like the First Lady Claire Underwood that she's playing when she attended the red carpet event in Empire Cinema in Leicester Square in London.
"Robin showed off her slender physique in the fitted ensemble, elongating her frame with snakeprint heels," said Daily Mail.
Kevin Spacey, who plays husband Frank Underwood in "House of Cards" season 3, also went up to the red carpet to give his on-screen wife a hug.
"They matched with their choices of tailoring, she in white and he in a traditional charcoal colour and shiny shoes to set it off," the publication noted.
It was earlier reported that Robin Wright has a new costume designer in "House of Cards," someone whom the actress is so familiar with being her personal stylist, Kemal Harris.
"Her arc has changed so drastically; she finally has a tiny break from all that exhausting work she did to claw her way to the top," the designer told WWD. "I wanted her to have a chance to show her vulnerability and her feminine side, too."
"John Coles, the director, wanted to discuss how to make Claire more approachable, but that was never my favorite word for her character. I wanted to respect her anew without compromising her identity, because her work isn't finished yet," Harris added.
During the red carpet event, Robin Wright looked sharp in the white suit as well and her pixie cut added to the overall intimidating look. Only when she smiled that she gave off an "approachable" vibe.
Robin Wright's white suit might also give a peek of what Claire Underwood will wear in "House of Cards" season 3. Frank Underwood's wife usually wore black, white and gray in the series, "in line with the shadowy mood and sets," said WWD.
