Bobby Brown's daughter is still in a medically induced coma since she experienced violent seizures after doctors tried to shock her brain into responding. While Bobbi Kristina's condition is not yet secured, Nick Gordon who claimed to be her husband, further confused readers with his social media posts.
According to Mirror, Nick Gordon, who appeared to be in denial, took his thoughts to Twitter stating that "she is 'resting' because she is 'stressed.'"
"She is good getting some rest lot of stress losing your mother this month," Gordon tweeted.
On the other hand, Cissy Houston, Bobbi Kristina's grandmother, is reportedly ready to let go of her. According to an insider of NY Post's Page Six, she also agreed to the idea of "removing her life support."
"It is something that the Houston and Brown [families] had agreed to do as early as February 11, but Bobby Brown reneged," the source told Page Six.
Bobby Brown's daughter is not having any more seizures and shows "absolutely no signs of life lately."
"It is really on Bobby Brown's shoulders to let her go in peace," the source told Page Six.
PEOPLE consulted with a medical expert who explained why patients needed to be sedated.
"Patients are sedated - put into a medically-induced coma - because doctors want the brain to have to do as little as possible. This way, the brain can heal," Dr. Eli Zimmerman, Neurologist of Massachusetts General Hospital expounded.
"The medications that are used to sedate the patient also prevent seizures," he added. "If the brain has been irritated by injury, it may go into seizures once the medication is stopped. In a situation like that, we may introduce medication for seizures that are not so severe."
According to extratv.com, a family member told them that there has been no change in the condition of Bobby Brown's daughter for the past two days.
