Model of the moment Cara Delevingne and St. Vincent singer Annie Clark are said to be dating. The pair has reportedly made their relationship public via holding hands and kissing at an after party event.
The beautiful pair met each other in December and reportedly finally made their status known through public displays of affection at the Brit Awards after party on Wednesday. Cara is said to be "smitten" with the US singer and is following her across the globe as she goes on tour, according to a report by Mirror.
The 32-year-old Grammy awardee has a large fan base across the globe. Dedicated fan forums about the new lovebirds have sprouted up, giving them the moniker "Cannie."
Within the last four months, the 22-year-old Cara Delevigne has been spotted in seven St. Vincent concerts, which include Tokyo and Tulsa. There are also speculations that the two have spent a holiday in Bali, and that Cara has met Annie's family.
The Burberry model has also reportedly gotten the initials A.C. inked on one of her fingers.
The vocalist of St. Vincent is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She released her first album entitled "Marry Me" back in 2007. She also became the first female artist to win the Grammy for "Best Alternative Album" in two decades earlier this year.
Annie Clark is known to be a very private person.
"Despite having toured with her for almost a year I don't think I know her much better, at least not on a personal level." Ex-Talking Heads member David Byrne said about her. "Mystery is not a bad thing for a beautiful, talented young woman (or man) to embrace. And she does it without seeming to be standoffish or distant."
The talented musician has been asked on occasion about her sexuality.
"I don't think about those words," she responded to a question about whether she was gay or straight in an interview with Rolling Stone. "I believe in gender fluidity and sexual fluidity. I don't really identify as anything... I think you can fall in love with anybody. I don't have anything to hide but I'd rather the emphasis be on music."
