TLC network executives have threatened to file a lawsuit against Mama June if she won't stop pitching for another TV show, in light of the cancellation of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" after the sex molestation scandal broke out.

During a segment on Inside Edition, Mama June revealed the family plans of Honey Boo Boo releasing a song, and TLC is not too thrilled about that prospect.

"Sources close to the family say TLC sent the family an ultimatum ... they can't work for another entertainment company until their contract with the network runs its course at the end of May," said TMZ.

"Mama June, Honey, and the fam were in town last week shopping a reboot of their show to other networks and HBB recorded a song, 'Movin' Up,' with Pumpkin and Adam Barta, produced by LA On The Track," the article added.

But the gossip news site added that TLC will file a lawsuit if the family will try to make money of the "Honey Boo Boo" brand before the contract ends in May.

"TLC has paid the entire family their money for the season that never aired, plus tutoring and health insurance," it said. "Apparently the family isn't scared, because they've lawyered up."

This could be tied to the announcement made earlier by Mama June on her Facebook account when she claimed that "big things" are coming up after the "Honey Boo Boo" scandal forced TLC to cancel the reality show.

After the "Honey Boo Boo" scandal broke out, where Mama June allegedly reunited with child molester Mark McDaniel, the family unraveled.

Mama June and Anna Cardwell stopped speaking for a while, Mama June and Sugar Bear separated and just recently, the family left behind their McIntyre home-where the "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" was filmed prior to scandal-for Hampton, GA, which is a good 90 minutes away.
