The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 release date as well as its specs may have been allegedly leaked online.
Previously, TechAndPrince has reported that Microsoft has allegedly set the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 release date to July 2015 and that they are just looking for a good event to announce the said device's launch date.
"The Surface Pro is going to be available on July 2015. The reason why this hasn't been announced yet is because Microsoft wants to make this announcement a big deal and they are waiting for the perfect event so that they could announce it there," wrote TechAndPrince.
And now, it seems that the specs of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 may have been leaked online as well.
PCPro has reported about the specs of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
"The 12in and 14in models of the Surface Pro 4 are said to have a 2160 x 1440 resolution, up to 16GB of RAM (which is double the maximum 8GB that the Surface Pro 3 offered), and a maximum of 1TB of internal storage," wrote PCPro
PCPro then continued, "It's also widely believed the Surface Pro 4 will exchange power for efficiency and ditch the Haswell dual-core i5 and i7 Intel processors in favour of Intel's new Broadwell range of chips. This should mean energy use is reduced by around 30% compared to the Surface Pro 3 chips, but it may sacrifice some power in doing so."
PCPro also talked about the rumored Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Mini and its specs.
"If the rumored Surface Pro 4 'mini' does exist, it's expected to have an Intel Atom 64-bit processor under the hood. Little is known about these processors - which go by the name of "Cherry Trail" - other than they're focused on boosting battery life, graphics, and performance, allowing low-end tablets handle more demanding tasks like playing, recording and editing high-end video," wrote PCPro.
