With the well-handled auctioning and abduction of Olivia, and on an exclusive episode that spins around race relations, ABC's "Scandal" Season 4 will return to good old-fashioned "gladiating." Keep on reading to find out spoilers for episode 15, titled "The Testimony of Diego Munoz."
Based on the promo trailer. Olivia and the rest of the gladiators appear extremely worried about a controversy. Spoilers also suggest that a "dreadful secret" might come out on episode 15. The official synopsis revealed that a "surprise visitor" would reveal some juicy insider information that could take down the White House and destroy Pope & Associates.
Meanwhile, Guillermo Diaz, who plays faithful Huck, told TVLine on the red carpet for the drama’s fourth-year panel that fans would get to see more Olivia and Fitz in the upcoming episodes.
Diaz revealed some exciting spoilers for "Scandal" fans that they should definitely look out for this season 4.
“We’ll definitely see more of that especially now that Olivia’s back, and with everything still a bit awkward at OPA, Huck is excited about pleasing Olivia and being her main Gladiator,” he teased.
Being through a tough situation given her recent abduction, Olivia would feel closer to Huck.
"Olivia’s going to think, ‘This is what Huck has been through for a lot of his life — and worse.' It’ll definitely bring them closer," he revealed.
Meanwhile, far from being close are Olivia and Fitz, who had a huge falling out when she attacked him for directing troops to war in the form of getting her off the public auction. "It's bad. It's very dark" said Tony Goldwyn talking about the lovebird's off-and-on relationship. He continued "I don't know where it's headed, but I do know that however angry he is at Olivia, he's not giving up, and he would not be able to survive if he gave up on Olivia."
As for Fitz and Mellie, Goldwyn observes "Right now, they're very connected, I believe that Fitz is very committed to Mellie, and I think he really believes in her as a human being. She's going to make a lot of mistakes, but he sees her real potential. He has a lot of faith in her."
