In "Eye Candy" season 1, episode 9 titled "FYEO," viewers finally learned the identity of Flirtual Killer. And it's Jake! It did not make sense but all the clues led up to him and Lindy is in so much trouble. Keep on reading for the complete recap of the thriller series.
"Eye Candy" episode 9 kicked off in Hart Island with two guys burying a couple of dead bodies. We saw a woman's arm that still looks fresh, though. And at IRL, Sophia found Oliver's rotting body.
Lindy went to Katherine Shaw to confront her about Sara. Cornered, Shaw didn't have any choice but to tell Lindy what she knows. She told Lindy that she didn't tell her that because she could become obsessive over the case that it could tear families apart. After that, she revealed the story of her niece who was also kidnapped and told her about a girl named Sara who was in the cell next to her. In the end, she gave Lindy Mary's information.
When Lindy left, Shaw got a call from Tommy and after that she got attacked by a man in a ski mask. She was brought to the hospital in very critical condition.
Meanwhile, the recap of "Eye Candy" episode 9 continued with Tessa shaking in the bathroom and they found out that she's obsessed with the Flirtual killer. She's been taking pills and they found out that those are actually medications for her brain tumor. Sophia was almost attacked by the killer until Tessa got there on time and asked the killer to kill her instead because she wants to die but just couldn't kill herself.
Mindy met up with Mary and she said that they were kept in dog kennels and she knew Sara but she never saw her face. They just tattooed their names on their wrists so they will not forget. They got addicted to the painkillers the kidnappers give them until one day Sara overdosed and the kidnapper tried to help Sara and that's when Mary escaped with the other girls. She thinks Sara's dead.
Lindy went to Jake next to tell him to come with her to Hart Island because a body of a girl is buried there around the time Mary escaped. Jake agreed.
Tommy revealed the truth about the Hamish Stone Publication to Connor, which is that Connor's boss is one of the men behind Babylon. He asked for help from Connor to break into the server room and Connor agreed. However, he was trapped because Hamish showed up and locked Tommy inside. It wasn't a server room after all.
Jake and Lindy went to Hart Island to dig up the body and when they got there they talked to one of the workers there and the worker told them that there's also a women's asylum there.
Jake and Lindy was on their way out of Hart Island while Yeager talked to Shaw and asked her to write down the name of the killer and she wrote "Jake."
