“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice reported to prison earlier this year to serve her 15-month prison sentence and there had been rumors that her marriage to her husband Joe is in trouble.

Joe Giudice has told his side of the story in regards to the recent cheating scandal reportedly involving a woman named Jamie Jackson.

"No, I did not flirt with her. I did not make out with her, nothing happened between us,” explained the father-of-four, according to Us Magazine.

Joe Giudice continued, “Everything InTouch is saying that happened between us are lies."

Jamie Jackson has agreed that the details regarding the cheating scandal, which were published in an In Touch cover story earlier this week, are false.

"I definitely never slept with him... Nothing happened with me and Joe, I didn’t know him prior, nothing inappropriate happened at any time,” stated Jackson.

She added, “We did not hook up, kiss, or anything more. I saw him at the two business meals and nothing more, it’s all made up bulls---."

Speculation that Joe may have cheated continued as it was reported that the RHONJ star was absent from a March 15 family visit to the Danbury facility she’s currently staying at, according to Ok! Magazine. Despite the absence, Joe has stood by his story.

Giudice and Jackson reportedly met on two separate occasions, one of which was a business dinner in Atlantic City.

“Teresa knew that I was down there both times,” explained the 42-year-old reality television star.

He continued, “So it’s not like I went down there with her not knowing.”

Giudice and Jackson were reportedly notified by InTouch that the story was being released.

“They said they’re putting the story out anyway,” Joe stated.

He continued, “I guarantee you that nothing happened. They said they have a video of me in a bedroom? What are they talking about? They said I’ve been with this girl more than one time, it’s not true. I met this girl twice and nothing went on.”
