In an all new episode of "Secret and Lies" season 1, Ben seemed to be ticking off every single one of his neighbors from his list of who possibly murdered Tom. Keep on reading for the full recap of episode 5, called "The Jacket."

In the last episode of "Secret and Lies" viewers saw Ben pointing fingers at the Richardsons, who fled, apparently. And now he's pointing fingers again or rather, flashing the flashlight that was claimed to be used in Tom's murder.

This episode was about Ben's neighbor, Lisa and her two kids, Tyler and Matt. Matt is mentally disabled and Ben saw him running into the woods alone so he followed him and he saw Matt stumble and drop a blue bloody jacket, then he ran to the river. He was drowning, so Ben saved him and brought him home. Lisa was very unwelcoming and when he returned to retrieve the jacket that he saw, of course it wasn't there anymore.

Ben went to Cornell and when he got there there was a slight commotion because a woman was yelling at Cornell who claims that he destroyed her husband. Ben dished out the thing about Matt to Cornell but of course, Cornell had this uninterested look. Ben decided to take on this on his own and get a much stronger evidence.

He went back to the woods and was surprised to see Tyler there, Lisa's son who was supposed to be in school because Lisa told everyone that he wasn't coming home for Christmas. Tyler looks like a bad boy and he was also carrying a hand-rolled cigarette.

Meanwhile, Christy kept on meeting a "client" who seems to be a lover, more like and when she was about to go for the nth time someone vandalized the side of her car with the word "GUILTY." Cornell got to the scene while Ben inspected the vandalism and he found one of Tyler's cigarettes. The next day a trail of blood led to the garage and when Ben opened it the garage was full of flashlights and Cornell, of course, showed up at the right time.

Later that day, Ben went to Lisa's place and was surprised that Matt got really violent while Tyler tried to calm down his little brother. It turns out that Tyler has been in and out of rehab and Lisa's keeping him at home because he was a suspect of a hit & run and was ready to turn himself in. As for Matt, he was violent because of what's happening around the neighborhood. Lisa insisted that it wasn't Matt who killed Tom.

Ben told Cornell about this but Cornell said that it couldn't be Matt because he was home during the murder of Tom. Cooper, Natalie's boyfriend also admitted that he was the one responsible for vandalizing the car and their house but not the flashlights in the garage. Since he can't get through Cornell, he decided to confront Christy about her "client" but Christy only said that she doesn't know anything only the fact that a 5-year old is dead. Oh, harsh.

When Ben went to his truck he got a text from an unknown sender who told him that he will pay for his signs and the power in his truck died.
