In an all new episode of "Revenge" season 5, Margaux got into an accident and lost her ber baby. Episode 17, aptly titled "Loss", viewers saw Margaux blame Emily for her tragic accident. Keep on reading for the full recap.

Jack was facing five years in prison if found guilty and since he's being setup by Margaux, Emily had to act fast. She first called Stevie Grayson, Jack's biological mother who is also a lawyer to represent him in court and Stevie was all up for it because she wants to make up for the lost time. However, the police lost Jack's blood sample, which would help him get out of this rut so it was in Emily's hands to find it.
Judge Knowles pitied Jack and released him on bail but in order to be fair and since she's up for election, she ordered someone from social services to assess Jack's living situation to see if Carl is living in a safe environment. Tony Hughes, the social worker assessed the situation and disapproved of Jack's living at first but when Nolan talked to him and told him how amazing Jack is as a father, he changed his mind.
Meanwhile, Emily got a video footage from Nolan's club where a guy was seen slipping something in Jack's drink. She found out that the guy was the one Margaux hired, whose name is James. She went to him and threatened him but he managed to escape but the good thing was he was able to hand over Jack's blood sample.
Emily took the blood sample to Ben and asked him to sneak it in the lab. Stevie then tried to have the sample admitted into evidence but tables have turned and Judge Knowles decided against it. She even ordered Stevie to be locked up for contempt to silence her. Emily got to the bottom of this and found out that Judge Knowled took a bribe from LeMarchal media outlets that would help her gain leverage in the elections.
That night, Judge Knowles went out to dinner at a club and was only drinking water when someone spiked it with a drug and Ben stopped her on the road and asked her for a breathalyzer test. She got positive results and right on cue Emily called Ben and talked to Judge Knowles and told her that if she doesn't test Jack's blood sample she would expose her transgressions to the world. And just like that, Judge Knowles did what Emily told her to do.
Now that's resolved, David tried to go to Emily to stop her from bringing down Margaux. Also, he felt like Emily doesn't need her anymore. Emily didn't consider what he said and went to Margaux and gave her her real birth certificate.
However, that wasn't enough for Margaux because she also wanted Emily to tell everyone what really happened to Daniel and that's something that Emily couldn't do because a lot of people will get ruined. Margaux walked away from her but she got ran over a car and lost her baby. When Victoria asked her what happened, she lied and told her that Emily pushed her and now Emily has to face them both and their wrath.
