Before Kim Richards starred on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” she was an actress — a fact we very often forget.

However, the RHOBH cast member is returning to her roots with a new role in the film “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!,” according to HollywoodLife.com.

“I’m in management at Universal Orlando, and I meet up with Claudia Shepherd and her friend, Jess, and I make sure that they get their VIP passes so they can get to the front of the line,” Richards told the entertainment website.

Kim Richards reportedly wrapped up filming for “Sharknado 3” on the Universal Studios Theme Park in Orlando, Florida in February 2015. WWE wrestler Chris Jericho, Tara Reid and Ian Ziering, are all reportedly part of the “Sharknado 3” cast.

“I have to say that coming on board for ‘Sharknado 3’ is definitely something I’ve enjoyed. The entire cast and crew has been an amazing experience for me. It’s so fun!,” stated Kim Richards.

Before Richards signed on for the film, the 50-year-old reportedly wasn’t familiar with the “Sharknado” franchise.

“When they asked me I started asking around, ‘What is Sharknado?’ I hadn’t seen it. They were like, ‘Sharknado! Oh my gosh, are you thinking about doing Sharknado?,’” explained Richards.

She added, “And I said well, you know, I’m just asking the question. And everyone was like, ‘Oh my gosh, you have to do it. If you get the opportunity to do Sharknado, you have to do it.”

As Kim Richards starts to pick up on her acting career, many RHOBH viewers seem to think it’s best she leave RHOBH.

“Kim Richards has a deeper issue than alcohol… and that is anger. She needs therapy,” wrote social media user Mary on a People Magazine article.

The woman added, “No wonder why she gets along with trailer-trash hate spewing gutter snipe Brandi. Both are so desperate for money they will say or do anything for the spotlight, even though it’s disgusting.”
