The 'Sims 4' Patch Update Fixes Issues On Performance, Content, Interface, And Bugs For Mac And PC Version

The developer of the "Sims 4" which is Electronic Arts has released the patch update for PC and Mac users on March 26.

According to Electronic Arts official website, the gameplay decision making has been made more responsive and it includes autonomy decision making which has been improved in determining the time that it will take for a Sim to decide what to do next, and the posture decision making has been optimized as well.

The View Screenshots section of the memory interface has been improved and Save Time optimization has been made, which will it speed up to save operations and travel times.

As for the content, the "Sims 4" patch update includes fixes an issue that cause paintings appear self-illuminated on some graphics cards. The trash plant will no longer change the soil type in its growth cycle, also the Sims can now fish to fishing spots near Willow Creek Archive and the developer added that fishing spots has been updated to give a "greater variation in rarity."

Furthermore, The Sims 4 News reported that when it comes to the interface issues, the "Sims 4" patch update on interface includes fixed an issue with the cursor in Build Mode, changing the relationship of Sims in Create A Sim who have the same last name will no longer remove their last name.

Also, hovertips are now less blurry and switching the age and gender of a Sim in Create A Sim while viewing the outfit category other than Everyday will be no longer reset the Everyday outfit.

The developer also fixed an issue where long names were cut off in the Generics panel in Create A Sim. The EA as well fixed an issue in The Gallery that prevented Show Custom Content and Show Unowned Content filters from being present if the online access has been disabled.

Meanwhile, for Mac users, the players can now use the right and the left command button when attempting to change or alter the camera angle.
