The Radeon R9 390x release date has been allegedly set by AMD to be on August 2015.

TechAndPrince has reported that AMD has purportedly set the Radeon R9 390x release date to be on August 2015.

"Not only was the specs of the 390x been revealed. It can now be confirmed that the 390x will be available by August," wrote TechAndPrince.

Meanwhile, Gamespot has revealed the purported specs of the Radeon R9 390x.

"The GPU will boast a 1250 MHz memory clock, 4,096 stream processors, and if this report is to be believed, the 390X will function as the hardware manufacturer's new flagship card. And given the supposed specs, that should come as no surprise," wrote Gamespot.

Gamespot then stated, "Additionally, the new card will allegedly pack in 4096 cores, with 8GB HBM at 2 GB per stack, via Dual-Link. The 28nm GPU will supposedly feature 8.6 teraFLOPS of performance, beating Nvidia's GeForce GTX Titan X (which currently offers 6.2 TFLOPS) by a significant amount".
