Retailers have outed the "Uncharted 4" release date and reports suggest that the game would be available by April 22, 2016.
Previously, According to GameZone, Naughty Dog has delayed the "Uncharted 4" release date to Spring 2016.
"Uncharted 4 was originally set to release in late 2015, but Naughty Dog decided to delay the blockbuster title when it "became clear to us that this game is much more ambitious than we originally envisioned." Rather than rush the game out for the holiday season, Naughty Dog would rather make a game that "meets the team's high standards, but the high standards that gamers have come to expect from a Naughty Dog title," wrote GameZone.
And now, a GameStop listing allegedly confirmed that the "Uncharted 4" release date has been set by Naughty Dog to be on April 22, 2016.
Meanwhile, Troy Baker has admitted that he is excited about being part of the game.
"While the voice actor has previously disclosed that he'll be playing Nathan Drake's brother in the upcoming game from Naughty Dog, he recently told the publication that he's 'so happy' to be a part of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End because he's not just a gamer, but a huge fan of the series," wrote Gameranx.
"We'll see, there's obviously Uncharted 4, we're in full swing for that right now. As a fan and a gamer, I'm so happy to be a part of that project," said Troy Baker.
Naughty Dog has also revealed the plot for "Uncharted 4" on their official website.
"Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter, Nathan Drake, is forced back into the world of thieves. With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure. His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he's willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves," wrote Naughty Dog.
