"Vanderpump Rules" Kristen Doute has recently dissed her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval. The Bravo TV reality star revealed that she has moved out of the apartment she shared with the actor and finally found a place of her own.
In an interview Kristen Doute gave Us Magazine, as she showed off her new bachelorette pad, she shared that she used to crash in her current boyfriend's, James Kennedy, apartment before finding a new place.
"I wake up every morning with a smile on my face knowing that I no longer live in a total dump cleaning up after someone else!" she shared when asked what it was like living with Tom Sandoval.
The breakup definitely had tremendous effect on the "Vanderpump Rules" star, but now Kristen Doute claims that she now has "a chance to start over with new memories and new, positive energy" after the breakup with Tom Sandoval. Although at first it was overwhelming living by herself.
Kristen Doute and Tom Sandoval broke up in January 2014, and the actress subsequently moved out of their shared apartment.
According to Inquisitr, the couple broke up when she revealed in "Vanderpump Rules" season 2 that she cheated on him with his then-best friend, Jax Taylor. In her defense, Kristen Doute claimed that he cheated on her as well with his current girlfriend Ariana Madix.
Prior to living in her new home, she temporary lived with her current boyfriend and co-star James Kennedy.
Former "Vanderpump Rules" actress Kristen Doute has stated that James Kennedy sometimes stays at her place for short periods of time, but she is not yet ready for the type of commitment she once had with her ex-boyfriend.
The former SUR Lounge employee shared that she had done a considerable amount decorating in her new home herself. She said that the photo-sharing site Pinterest was a large help in this process, providing how-to guides and inspiration for her various DIY projects.
Kristen Doute has incorporated personal items into her design as well including photographs. Another key part of her design is a small blackboard where she likes to keep notes. It was reported that fellow "Vanderpump Rules" star Jax Taylor helped her decorate her new apartment.
