The "How We Do" hitmaker Rita Ora will reprise her role on the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel.
According to the Mirror, the Sony Pictures emails released by Wikileaks revealed that Rita Ora will reprise her role on the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel as Christian Grey's sister. The site added that the singer will also join the two sequels of "Fifty Shades of Grey".
In an email between Hollywood talent agency CAA, Sony Pictures CEO Amy Pascal and Rita Ora's US agent Franklin Latt it said: "Rita, 23, will appear in Universal's upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey playing the role of 'Mia Grey' and will appear in the next two instalments of the movie."
Rita Ora has been criticized for her role in the film, as she only appeared for 90 seconds, according to The Record.
"Everyone is going to have their own opinions. But for me this was such a great cameo to be involved in, and even though I'm only in it for a little bit, it's opened the door to a lot of movie things that I haven't actually announced yet," said Ora in her defense.
"I have the bug, for real. 'Fifty Shades' was a moment of cameo and a really good wake-up call," she added.
Furthermore, as Rita Ora will reportedly reprise her role on the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel, model Cara Delevingne is reportedly being eyed by film executives to be part of the same movie.
"Cara is wowing in her performance in Pan with Hugh Jackman and E.L. James loves the idea of her as name being in the next movie," an insider was quoted as saying in a report on the Daily Star.
As of this writing, there is no information yet with regard to her role, but it is rumoured that she might play the role of Leila Williams, Christian Grey's former submissive.
