Kim Kardashian is still hoping for a miracle and baby no. 2 arrives, as the "KUWTK" reality star confessed that she made the first move to snag Kanye West.

Talking to Bill Bush of Access Hollywood, per Daily Mail, Kim Kardashian said of baby no. 2, "We're just hoping that it's sooner than later."

It was revealed that during one of the episodes of "KUWTK" that Kim Kardashian might have a hard time conceiving baby no. 2 because of her uterus. And even if she conceives, the pregnancy and child birth would put her life and her child at risk.

In an earlier interview with E!, Kim Kardashian said, "We are trying, we try every single day, you can't try harder than we try... it's getting exhausting. He always said, trying for baby no. 2 isn't as fun as baby no. 1."

"We are literally trying everything we can to make it happen," she added. "I'm at a point now when it's not as stressful to me, that's when they say it happens."

But Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have not ruled out surrogacy as the option for baby no. 2. "If it came to that point, we have been trying for about a year and maybe we'll wait for a couple more years before that happens," she explained.

Meanwhile, in the same Access Hollywood thought you were at least going to call me and 'I told you so,' something?' interview, Kim Kardashian said that she made the first move when she realized that she could lost Kanye West after her short-lived marriage to Kris Humphries.

"I called [Kanye] because I'm sure it was really hurtful that I got married and, even though it's not like we communicated all the time, I knew what he was thinking," the "KUWTK" star recounted.

"So I thought he was going to call me as soon as he knew that I was single again," she explained. "He didn't, and so I called him and I said, 'Hello? I thought you were at least going to call me and 'I told you so,' something?'"

Kanye West invited Kim Kardashian to see Paris Fashion Week and that's where she claimed "the magic happened."
