'Hwajung' Cha Seung Won Goes Against Citizens

In "Hwajung" Kwang Hae Goon (played by Cha Seung Won) went against the servants of the court.

On the 11th episode of the periodical MBC drama "Hwajung" (script Kim Yi Young, director Kim Sang Ho, Choi Jung Kyu) broadcast on May 18th, Kwang Hae Goon had different ideas about dispatching the army to the Myung dynasty.

On this day, Kwang Hae Goon used it as an excuse that he wasn't feeling very well. Therefore, he didn't go to the ceremony celebrating the birth of the Myung Emperor. Nonetheless, he appeared in his royal chambers looking fine.

With that, Kwang Hae Goon said, "I'm going to solve a very important matter. It's impossible to adhere to the request of the Myung dynasty to get soldiers. I'm not going to shed blood of the Koreans over their battle."

At this, Kim Ryu (played by Park Joon Kyu), Lee Kwee (played by Jang Kwang) mentioned past examples of how the Myung dynasty had helped on various occasions. With that, they mentioned loyalty that the Kwang Hae Goon should keep.

Nonetheless, Kwang Hae Goon said, "I'm going to be loyal to my country the Chosun and not the Myung dynasty. I need to keep the lives of my people." He shouted and went up against his servants.
