In "Hwajung" the country flipped insider out because Cha Seung Won said that he wouldn't dispatch the military for the Myung Dynasty.

On the 11th episode of the periodical MBC drama "Hwajung" (script Kim Yi Young, director Kim Sang Ho, Choi Jung Kyu) broadcast on May 18th, Kwang Hae Goon (played by Kim Yeo Jin) had a huge conference in his chambers about whether he should be sending military troops to the Myung dynasty in their fight against Hoo Geum. Kwang Hae (played by Cha Seung Hoon) said, "I oppose their war."

At this, the capital was up in arms. They said, "It's not loyal to not give support to the country of the skies. It's really not." At this, Kwang Hae said, "I think you were too busy running away that you don't remember what happened. At that time, the Myung Dynasty was powerless and they had to acquire us. What good does it do to help the Myung dynasty?"

The servants said, "It's not to follow the ways of the man but the ways of the bigger way." Kwang Hae said, "what's important for me is reality. I don't want our people to shed blood for no reason."
