“Teen Wolf” season 5 spoilers revealed that most of the original cast members will be returning when the popular MTV series premieres this June.

Fans of "Teen Wolf" were treated to a sneak peek of what they can expect come season 5 when the trailer was released a few days back.

According to Ecumerical News, Tyler Posey (Scott McCall), Dylan O'Brien (Stiles Stilinski), Tyler Hoechlin (Derek Hale), Holland Roden (Lydia Martin), Shelley Hennig (Malia Tate), Arden Cho (Kira Yukimura), and Dylan Sprayberry (Liam Dunbar) will all be reprising their roles.

Spoilers, however, teased that one of the cast regulars could eventually leave "Teen Wolf." Showrunner Jeff Davis revealed that Tyler Hoechelin was thinking of expanding his horizons outside the show.

"He said he felt like he was at a point in his career where he wanted to try new things, things that scare him, but wasn't quite ready to let go of the family he created on Teen Wolf. We love him and miss him," he said.

Davis, however, came with the terms that Hoechelin, and his character Derek would have to take the backseat in the upcoming episodes. He added that his decision actually coincides with the plot lines in season 5.

"It's very much about our teenagers becoming adults and heading into their senior year," he said.

In an interview with TV Line, Tyler Posey revealed that fans of "Teen Wolf" can definitely look forward to several new additions to the cast members, including new villains called "the Doctors."

"They're very scary," he described.

"When I first read this season, I was so excited about these villains - more excited than I have been about any villains before. They've got powers we've never seen before, they're tall as hell and they're awesome."
