"The Voice" judge Adam Levine cancelled a Maroon 5 concert because of a throat problem, which meant more time for People's Sexiest Man to bond with his model wife, Behati Prinsloo.
Adam Levine said in a statement, "I am really sorry [I'm] not to be able to perform tonight, but I have been told to rest up by the doctor. "As a band we always want to give every performance our all and sadly I just cannot do that tonight."
Maroon 5 was supposed to perform in Liverpool before Adam Levine cancelled the engagement.
However, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo took time to see the sights in London after the concert was cancelled.
"The 36-year-old ditched his usual clean-cut rock vibe for a baseball cap, low-cut T-shirt, fleece jacket and joggers," Daily Mail reported. "Behati, 26, appeared to make more of an effort in a black mini-dress, long overcoat and leather boots."
The couple was joined in the outing by Behati Prinsloo's fellow model Candace Swapoenel.
In a previous interview, "The Voice" judge Adam Levine said that he's very happy about being married to Behati Prinloo.
"I never really thought I would adore it. It's so trippy. I'm a child," he said. "How did this happen? I use that word [wife] right now a lot. I say it for no reason. I say it a lot - 'Wife wife wife,' I love it. I even changed her number in my phone to 'Wife.'"
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo tied the knot on July 19, 2014 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in front of their families and closest friends.
Behati Prinsloo also told Extra that she loves being domesticated.
"I feel great. It's just a solidness. You're with the person you should be so it's a very comforting, amazing feeling," the model said. "I've been taking cooking lessons, I've been making roast chicken from everything. My favorite thing is chicken noodle soup... It's been fun. Domesticated."
