While the reports coming from the family on the true state of Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition remains contradictory, the police released a statement that the investigation is still open until they rule out any attempt on her life.
Meanwhile, boyfriend Nick Gordon, who was accused by Bobbi Kristina Brown's aunt, of being responsible for her condition, posted a series of photos on his Twitter account showing happier times for the couple.
According to the report from People magazine, the police remains open to any possibility on what happened to Whitney Houston's daughter.
Rusty Grant, chief of the Roswell Police Department, told the magazine, "Criminal investigations remain active until a decision is made not to prosecute an individual(s) or a person is prosecuted, adjudicated and all appeals are exhausted."
Lawyer Julie Rice explained that the police might be waiting on any development to Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition before bringing up any charges.
"They would most likely wait until if she died to bring charges rather than bring charges when there is no death involved. If they do have a suspect in mind, they are probably monitoring that person at all times," she said.
Leolah Brown accused Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend whom Whitney Houston raised as her son, of being responsible for her current condition.
She wrote an open letter on her Facebook addressed Dr. Phil, "Nick Gordon is under investigation for the attempted murder of my niece Bobby Kristina Brown. We have strong evidence of foul play."
"Until this investigation is completed by law enforcement, I would ask that you or anyone else not provide this individual a platform to spin this situation to his benefit."
Meanwhile, Nick Gordon took to his Twitter to share two photos of him getting cozy with Bobbi Kristina Brown. Nick Gordon has appealed to the family to allow him to see his girlfriend's condition but his request was turned down.
