A lawsuit filed against Nick Gordon tells a story of violence that ultimately left Bobbi Kristina Brown in a miserable state as her condition continues to deteriorate and her family reportedly decided to take her off life support.

The lawsuit against Nick Gordon was filed by Bedelia Hargrove, the conservator for Bobbi Kristina Brown, and it claimed that Whitney Houston's daughter had confessed to a confidant that her partner was "not the man she thought he was."

Bobbi Kristina Brown and a friend reportedly agreed to meet but before that, she allegedly had an argument with Nick Gordon on the morning of Jan. 31 in their home.

"The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out," the lawsuit added, per Daily Mail.

The violent incident was allegedly not isolated either as the lawsuit calimed that Nick Gordon has been "physically assaulting Bobbi multiple times" and that include "punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and dragging her upstairs by the hair."

"Even after Brown's hospitalization, and while she was in a coma, [Gordon] accessed Brown's bank accounts) and stole in excess of $11,000 from Brown's bank account(s)," the lawsuit against Nick Gordon added.

Meanwhile, hope is quickly fading on Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition as she has been moved into a hospice with her aunt, Pat Houston, saying that Whitney Houston's daughter is "in God's hands now."

"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers," the statement said.

The article also commented that when somebody is moved into hospice care, that basically means that the patient is on the final stages of a terminal illness and doctors are more concerend about pain management before the patient dies.
