March 25, the 21st episode of the SBS drama "Yawang" featured Ha Ryoo (Kwon Sang Woo) getting an inch away from succeeding in taking revenge on Joo Da Hae (Soo Ae) before he fails once again shortly after.
Joo Da Hae meets Baek Do Kyung (Kim Sung Ryung) to tell her that Baek Chang Hak (Lee Duk Hwa) had murdered somebody in the past. She then threatens Baek Do Kyung that she will release the truth to the public if she does not donate funds for Suk Tae Il (Jung Ho Bin)'s campaign. Baek Chang Hak says that he will go to the police himself but both Baek Do Kyung and Ha Ryoo stop him.
Ha Ryoo asks Baek Chang Hak to explain the details of the murder. Baek Chang Hak replies, "I was arguing with my brother-in-law regarding the company's slush fund when I punched him. He hit his head on an edge and died at the scene. Suk Tae Il saw the whole thing and dropped his body from the roof and made it look like a suicide."
However, from investigating the case, Ha Ryoo discovers that Suk Tae Il had bribed a medical examiner. He then finds out that Suk Tae Il later locked up the medical examiner inside a mental hospital. Ha Ryoo planned to prevent Suk Tae Il from becoming a president by tracking the whereabouts of the medical examiner to speak out about the truth.
The day of the election, Suk Tae Il receives a phone call from a representative of the mental hospital saying the medical examiner disappeared with Ha Ryoo. Joo Da Hae finds out about the truth that moment and becomes furious. Joo Da Hae tells him, "You're going to be the president in a few hours, we have to do everything we can do solve this. We have to do anything in our power to bring him back." Joo Da Hae then makes a phone call and says, "Find him somehow. You can kill him."
Ha Ryoo gets stopped by Joo Da Hae once again. On his way back to Seoul with the medical examiner, Ha Ryoo leaves him for a few moments. When Ha Ryoo returns however, the medical examiner is dead with a syringe in his neck.
