There's a Twitter feud reportedly brewing between Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears as Nick Young's fiancee allegedly threw a diss at the one time pop princess on social media.

The alleged feud was reported by the media after the "Fancy" singer replied to a query on why the single "Pretty Girls" wasn't doing very well on the charts.

She tweeted, "Its difficult to send a song up the charts without additional promo and tv performances etc. unfortunately im just featured..."

The tabloids quickly pounced on her tweet as a diss towards Britney Spears.

CNN pointed out a tweet from Britney Spears which could prove that the feud is real. "Can't wait to get back to Vegas. So thankful I have shows for the rest of the year to look forward to... #YouWantAPieceOfMe."

Then Us Weekly ran an article which alleged that Iggy Azalea was such a diva during the video shoot for "Pretty Girls."

"Iggy was difficult with respect to direction of [the] video. Everyone just got fed up and didn't want to deal with it. Britney, being a veteran artist, was tired of arguing," the insider said.

But Iggy Azalea claimed that there's no feud between her and Britney Spears and that they remained friends to this day.

Nick Young's fiance tweeted, "Iam honestly not surprised but still really saddened that the media is trying to create a "beef" between @britneyspears and myself."

In a series of tweets, Iggy Azalea addressed the supposed feud with Britney Spears.

"I feel like the media wants women in music to get out and mud wrestle each other. As a woman i take great offense," she wrote. "Women in the media should be able to have a grown up and subjective opinion without it being anything more than that. its disappointing."

Iggy Azalea added, "No one is throwing "shade" or "shots" on either side of the table. The girl is my friend and i support her 100%."
