Taylor Swift is reportedly performing at the Super Bowl 2016. The "Bad Blood" singer was offered to do the half time show at one of the biggest events in her career, a year after her rumored rival Katy Perry took the stage.

According to Radar Online, NFL has approached Taylor Swift to headline the halftime performance in 2016. Her team was reportedly thinking it over, however, they were a bit hesitant to do the show the year after the "Roar" singer.

"Her team is working out the final details," the source said.

"Her main holdup is performing the year after Katy Perry did it, but she also feels it's the right way to close out the '1989' chapter of her career."

The outlet, however, reported that Swift is seriously thinking about the offer as it would be a big opportunity for her. The singer also would not want to miss the chance to perform for her fans.

"She's just waiting on financials from the NFL before signing on the dotted line," the source added.

According to Hollywood Life, Taylor should not be worried about Katy dissing Super Bowl performance. The singer was reportedly being cautious on how she would handle questions about their alleged feud.

"[Katy] is going to to steer clear from public bashing when it comes to interviews or on social media because she doesn't want to look like the bitter one or the bad guy," the source said.

After being hailed as the highest-paid female celebrity by Forbes, beating Taylor and Beyonce, the singer felt that she has an "image to uphold."

"An image that makes her a lot of money. Something she is not interested in losing. She doesn't want to lose fans for it as well."

"But that doesn't mean she will not let her music do the talking, a diss track is still planned and then that will be it. She'll do the song and move on."
