They played fraternal twins who turned out not to be biological siblings in the drama "Kill Me, Heal Me," and in their next drama they may play lovers.

Park Seo Joon and Hwang Jung Eum were affectionate and protective of each other in the drama that also starred Ji Sung as a man with dissociative identity disorder. His character seemed to have some almost romantic feelings for her character but they had grown up as siblings even if they were not biologically related.

If they take roles in a new drama they may be able to resolve those romantic feelings.

Both actors are considering a role in the upcoming MBC drama "She Was Pretty." In that drama, the female lead character gets less pretty, while the male lead character overcomes an ugly duckling stage to become very handsome. The female lead starts out with everything, a good family, good looks but then her family goes bankrupt and she must work hard and sacrifice her education. Hard work also does not help her looks. His character was a short, heavy teen, who grows up to be a copywriter with model good looks.

Hwang Jung Eum's agency, C-JeS Entertainment spoke to the Korean media outlet OSEN about Hwang Jung Eum's possible participation in the drama.

"Hwang Jung Eum received the offer for 'She Was Pretty' and is reviewing the offer."

Park Seo Joon's agency, Key East Entertainment, made a similar statement.

And a representative from the drama's production company, Bon Factory, said that nothing has yet been decided.

"They're currently in discussion and we're in the midst of working on casting other actors besides these two."

If she does take this role, it won't be the first time that Hwang Jung Eum acts with a co-star for the second time. She previously appeared with Ji Sung in the melodrama "Secret Love." In that drama she was a poor girl who he unjustly sought revenge on. In "Kill Me, Heal Me," she played his private psychiatrist. So, she is a skilled enough actress to see a previous co-star in an entirely new way.

Park Seo Joon's last drama before "Kill me, Heal Me" was "Witch's Romance" with Uhm Jung Hwa. The drama will air in September after the "The Scholar Who Walks The Night," starring Lee Jun Ki. Jung Dae Yoon, who directed "Cunning Single Lady" and "King 2 Hearts," will direct the drama. Cho Sung Hee will write the screenplay.
