Charlotte McKinney's nude photo was posted on her Instagram and was quickly taken down. Now, the Carl's Jr. model has cried foul that her account was hacked.

The model has been compared to Kate Upton because they were both plus size, modeled for Sports Ilustrated swimsuit issue, and fronted for a Super Bowl ad for Carl's Jr. And now they have another thing in common, too, as Justin Verlander's giflfriend was also the subject of a nude photo hack dubbed "The Fappening."

She wrote on her Instagram, "To all my followers, I've once again become a victim of hacking. It's disgusting people enjoying doing this to others. Please disregard any message you've gotten from me. Thanks for the support xo."

One of her followers commented, "I will never understand how this is how one enjoys their time. Violating others private moments or personal information. LOSERS!!!"

Another said, "F**k them some people jst try to interfere wit others life's cus their unhappy with themselves."

"Someone hacked into her phone, copied the picture and uploaded it to her instagram. Curious," another wrote.

"Judging from the nature of the images, we think it's safe to say the Carl's Jr. model has been hacked, with the first photo showing a close-up of a woman's torso," said MTV News. "While her nipples are covered by her two thumbs up, there's an unidentifiable liquid on her chest, and the caption reads, 'Drunken nights lead to the best fun.'

Charlotte McKinney already had nude photos splashed on the Internet in April as part of the massive leak.

A rep for the Carl's Jr. model and Kate Upton deadringer also confirmed to TMZ that Charlotte McKinney's latest nude photo was a result of hacking.

"Charlotte has once again become a victim of hacking. It is disgusting someone does this and hopefully laws will change to protect people from these cyber attacks," the report said.
