Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly put her foot down in terms of Scott Disick's visitation on their three kids following the split.

Hollywood Life reported, "Kourtney is not letting him have the kids overnight and will not allow him to have them unsupervised. If he wants to see them it will be while she is there to watch."

Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian reportedly split because of his constant partying and cheating ways. They have three children together, Mason, Penelope and Reign.

Daily Mail previously published photos of Scott Disick and fashionista Chloe Bartoli, said to be his ex, in Monte Carlo getting cozy with each other. In one of the photos, the fashion stylist can be seen feeding her ex beau.

"The stylist appeared to be quite smitten with the reality star and was even seen lounging on the same pool chair as him," the report said.

Another source told Hollywood Life that Kourtney Kardashian was so ashamed with the photos about Scott Disick getting cozy with Chloe Bartoli, and that could be the reason why this split is for good and why she's seeking custody.

"Kourtney has threatened to end it with Scott so many times, but this time is different," the source said. "Her family believes it's really over, and that she won't go back. The level of humiliation is just too much - he's just gone too far."

According to People, "There's no turning back" for Kourtney Kardashian after the split.

The source claimed, "Kourtney is so upset with Scott right now that the thought of taking him back makes her sick to her stomach. He crossed the line for the last time, and there's no turning back."

"Kourtney is devastated, but more angry than hurt," the insider added. "She is seriously turned off just by the thought of him."
