Bobby Flay and Stephanie March's divorce is reportedly finalized after several months of negotiations. The former couple released a joint statement over the weekend, saying that they have finally reached an agreement in terms of dividing their assets.
As previously reported by Us Weekly, Flay and March held that they have come to an amicable divorce settlement. The couple held that contrary to previous reports, there is no bad blood between the two of them. They also appealed to their fans to respect their privacy.
Based on the agreement, Flay will keep both their homes in Amagansett and Manhattan. The celebrity chef agreed to give March ample time to move out. The "Law & Order: SVU" actress, however, allegedly had nowhere else to go. Sources claim that March is thinking of moving back to her parents in order to help care for her mother.
According to Page Six, March has previously accused Flay of cheating on her with several women. She claimed that he had an affair with his 28-year-old assistant Elyse Tirrell for more than three years. March said that Flay even had sex with Tirrell in their own home. It has also been rumored that Flay had extramarital affairs with actress January Jones and fellow Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis.
Flay has refused to respond to any of his estranged wife's allegations. His representatives, however, continued to deny that he has been unfaithful to March. They claimed that the celebrity chef loved March and has done everything he can to save the marriage.
“This specific allegation was in a letter sent from one attorney in this case to the other,” the statement continued. “It was written and then leaked specifically to try to insert this story into the press, and that’s unfortunate. Even more unfortunate is that all of this is being done in order to renegotiate a prenuptial agreement that was agreed to over a decade ago and never amended during the marriage.”
