Liam Hemsworth and Chris Hemsworth are taking Hollywood by storm with their gorgeous looks and superb acting skills. But are the brothers taking sibling rivalry to the next level by nursing a feud rooting from competition?
A fierce professional competition between Liam Hemsworth and Chris Hemsworth may not be too hard to believe. After all, coming from the same gene pool gives them more or less equal potential to be casted for showbiz projects.
According to a report, Liam Hemsworth is purportedly jealous of Chris Hemsworth who scored starring roles in films including "Thor," "Ghostbusters," and "Star Trek." Though Liam landed a role in "The Hunger Games," he purportedly doesn't feel like he's having enough luck in Hollywood as his brother.
One of the alleged proofs that Liam is purportedly envious of Chris? The way he flipped out when being mistaken for his brother.
"Liam flipped out at Comic-Con when he thought a reporter had called him by his brother's name. Liam's reaction was a direct result of his jealousy over his brother Chris's red-hot career," Star Magazine wrote.
The incident at Comic-Con has been previously reported by multiple publications.
"Introducing himself by his first name, the reporter said, 'Hi I'm Chris, it's nice to meet you,'" Daily Mail reported. "But Liam seemed to get the tail-end of the statement and snapped back, 'You called me Chris? It's Liam. You called me Chris didn't you?' with a somewhat angry expression plastered across his face.
"Feeling slightly uncomfortable with how the conversation had panned out, Liam added, 'OK, you're Chris. I'm Liam. We're good,' as he fidgeted around on the spot."
"This sounds like an age-old case of sibling rivalry at its finest," Celeb Dirty Laundry speculated. "Liam should probably stop worrying about what his brother Chris is working on and, instead, focus on his own career before he gets completely left behind."
