Courteney Cox is a rare personality in Hollywod who looks many years younger than she actually is. This was attributed to the consistent spa treatments and staying out of the sun. But, when she stepped out to the Amazon premiere for drama series "Hand Of God," Cox was almost unrecognizable, reported Daily Mail.

The actress had puffier cheeks and her eyes looked smaller than usual. It appeared as though she had some work done to her face, Daily Mail reported.

"It's no secret I've had some Botox in the past, but I won't go under the knife, Courteney said in the report by The Mail. "Johnny (boyfriend Johnny Mcadaid) isn't into that whole Hollywood look anyway, so I don't feel pressure to keep looking like a 20-year-old for him."

It was not so long ago, in March 2012, the "Friends" star looked more natural with sculpted cheekbones and more natural looking eyes, though there too she was remarkably wrinkle free. During the current Amazon event, she had a frozen look to her face that she couldn't hide, noted The Daily Mail.

'You know what, I'm game for anything. I'm very open to trying to prolong the inevitable,' Cox said. 'I'm a big laser believer - I really think they are the wave of the future. I just did Ulthera, which is supposed to produce collagen, and I'm about to do Fraxel, which will get rid of all these brown spots off my arms, chest and face."

The actress who just made a directorial debut added, ''It feels different. I think it's hard, the fact that there's a certain age that we can't have kids anymore. My doctor told me today that he just delivered a baby and the woman was 48. It's like, that's awesome, but it's rare. It's a miracle, you know?"

'My biggest fear is that it catches up to you so quickly, it's almost like you wake up and you've changed,' said the Mr. Destiny star.

"Beauty has always been a big part of my childhood and my life. My mother is a very beautiful woman - she wasn't a career woman, she's a mother of four - and looks were really important to her," the beautiful mother of 11-year old Coco said.

"She's always been into vitamins and creams and she's never had any plastic surgery. She's just aged beautifully and naturally."

Courteney still looks very pretty. But the star admits that now is not when when she feels her prettiest, Daily Mail said.

"I feel the best after I've worked out, when I have no make-up on and my skin is flushed,'" she said.

It is reported that the star will marry Johnny Mcadaid this summer. Coco will sing at the nuptials.
